Conformal coatings are designed to protect printed circuit boards and related equipment from their environment. Typically applied at 25-75μm, these coatings ‘conform’ to the contours of the board allowing for excellent protection and coverage, ultimately extending the working life of the PCB.

DCRT is a higher viscosity version of DCR, opaque red conformal coating. It is highly effective at covering lead ends and sharp areas as well as offering a very high level of protection even in harsh environments. DCR is a flexible, Red opaque modified alkyd conformal coating specifically. It has been formulated to meet the highest defence standards in both Europe and the United States.
